The meat selection for the Western Trail Chuck Wagon Cook Off (Albany,Tx)
has been decided! How will the chuckwagon chefs fare?
What meat do you think the judges will “draw” from the mystery bag?
Consistent to the 1800 cattle trail drive, EVERYTHING in the wagon, utensils, staples, etc… has to be authentic. No modern conveniences or cheats! 🙂
Contestants won’t know what meat they will cook until they receive their ‘draw bag’.
Official judging of contestant recipes starts at 6 p.m., October 12th…
but bring the family and judge for yourself!
